There seems to be an increasing number of replies in the for sale section offering less money than what had been offered before. Why on earth would someone accept £40 when they have been offered £70 previously? What is the point of even asking? Obviously common sense does not prevail on here with some users!

Very much like, all the best parts of Bournemouth are in Poole.... Sandbanks, Canford Cliffs, Branksome Park are all in Poole but get umbrellaed as being in Bournemouth....
