My T200 doesn't vibrate!

I bought a T200 today but when I ring it it doesn't vibrate.
I have changed the settings and switched between the different users but nothing seems to work.
Now I know it does have a vibtrate function because there is an option to switch it on and off.
Should I take it back or is there something I need to do?

If your phone is still charging then the phone won't vibrate .........simple as that ! Take it out and see if it works !

Some say t200 has software problem, i'm not sure, peeps it is true ?

I dont like to say this but i got my mom a t200 4 xmas and today she tells me it freezes sometimes but it will switch off as normal without having to take the battery off,but hey,the NO button is also cont...alt + del now :-D oh,this happens after texting,duh,just like the 8310 :-(

Get it upgrade to latest firmware will probably slove the issues your mum had !

Upgrade already!I only bought it 2 weeks ago + the shop only got them in 1 week before that,and its on Orange so it should be pretty stable or are Orange starting to knock out phones too quick now :-l ?
