W550i dynamic menu error

HI...i'm kind of new to all of this
but i have a VERYYY important question...and i don't really know much about phones...so please explain thoroughly THANK YOU

okay..so i was just riding in the car and when i turn on my phone to call a friend. i click the menu and it says

"Configuration error.
Please contact your
network operator or
service centre."

Could someone PLEASEEE help me as soon as possilble!
