c902 Frame Rate

Hi Guys.....
i am using a c902 and have been trying to convert some AVI's to vid format.
i know that the resolution is 320x240, but does anyone know the fps? and audio?

i read that the fps was 30 but it still seems jumpy...
any advice on this would be great, thanks

The framerate is 28-29 fps on my test unit
