^^^ That's one of the best shots I've seen so far from the K8xx phones.
Posted by marty mcfly
Thanks a lot! I think it's pretty good too. I'm often surprised how good a pic I can get from K810i
Posted by weirdwilli
Its so much more vibrant that my G800 pic
Oh well, i got my G800 for less than the K800i is in UK stores so im happy
Posted by aldrinus
that's one sharp K810i shot, mate
Posted by razec
Agreed... excellent shot there mate
Posted by marty mcfly
Thanks guys, tried hard with this one.

Taking a b&w pic (using the
P1i's camera options) of a flower seems to be some kind of injustice of sorts, but the light and slight mist filtering through onto this flower prompted me to give it a go, to emphasise the lighting contrasts. And the result came out pretty cool, IMHO:
EDIT: No pic editing whatsoever; to me that's an unfair advantage and takes the photographic skill away somewhat and to an extent replaces it with a PC programme skill.
It also belies the true potential of a specific cameraphone's cam performance.
Oh well, just my opinion, but one I feel strongly about.

good job mate for the dramatic shot you posted - it tells a lot about your composition skills
cheers!!!

Thank you, aldrinus.

Martys pictures is really nice. The thing is. Hardly anyone really photoshops their pic's here anyway. So instead of a picture coming up and ppl start saying its photoshopped and arguements starting if it has been or not. Even if you do it the picture, it still has to be a good picture to begin with.
Posted by G-Izzat
Just want to try my luck here.
Here's my picture. Took the picture using the Nokia N82.
Cheers, guys.

Having struggled to find a photo-worthy flower (Being as it's midwinter here) I stumbled across this at my girlfriend's place. Wanted to get good contrast so took a night shot... I'm happy with it! No editing done
