Default MMS - Esato archive

Hi , i am from Malaysia . I am using Maxis , and i had done config that i can receive and send MMS .

Previously , i had delete some of my Default MMS in my phone . Can anyone here send it to me ? The only left in my phone is "Birthday" and "I am Late" . Hope that anyone here can send to me . Million thanks .
