It made me chuckle when I saw it, but it's just an ad. If you're dumb enough to believe it works then you deserve to click on it.
However, since my own company site relies on ads to pay for it, so I understand it's important to click on them to survive. Unfortunately, laffen doesn't choose to put certain ads there, so I doubt he chose this one, but it'll go in a week or so when they cycle round.
