sony ericsson p990 backup restore

i have lost my sony ericossn p990. i have a backup of all contacts and calender entries on my machine using sony ericsson pc suit backup utility, had tried to restore backup on other p990 also but didnt work out. now i want to take out contacts and calender entries is it possible in any other way ?

pls help me fast in deep problems.
