Exact same situation with me, COD4 resides in my PS3 and hasnt been removed since a couple weeks after GTA4 was released and got played a bit.

Does anyone know if PS3, Xbox 360 and PC COD4 players all play on the same servers? i.e. can someone on a PS3 play against an Xbox 360 player. Or is it that there are different online servers for each platform?

I've had COD since its release, only recently started playing online tho. I was about 36 last week now on 38 1st prestige. Intending to keep playing though now im finally "into it"

I haven't really played COD 4 online yet. Had a little go and got mercilessly gunned down within seconds of respawning every time lol.
When I've become completely bored of GTA 4 I'll get some practice in and go online

i think you have to download the specific region which matches your games disc region....

i got it when it was released, just downloaded from the store and installed, nothing else.

COD been p*ssing me off latley.

im currently at 1.19, it annoys me when i get more deaths than kills.
thats why i dont run around like a mad man.
my advice would be use the run sparingly so your ready to shoot as soon as someone comes into view or jumps out at you.
i also dont always try to be at the top of the list, just have a decent ratio, except when i get annoyed by it all, then that goes out the window!
more thought, less haste.
