Motorola and Paramount Digital Entertainment have entered into a partnership to sell full length film downloads. 40 titles will be made available through Motorola’s web based digital store, including The Italian Job, Star Trek and Team America: World Police.
Customers can download the films onto their PC and sideload them to their handsets, which will avoid high data costs that would occur if they were downloaded over the air.
