K850i Internal speaker sound problem

Hi,

I have a problem with my K850i. I have a bluetooth carkit (Ford S-Max) which works great with my phone. However, when I receive or open a call when I'm not paired with the carkit I have no sound coming out of the internal speaker of my phone in about 5 out of 10 times.
The only option to get sound to the internal speaker again is by rebooting my phone!?
I've this problem with both R1CA037 & R1EA037 FirmWare versions. The phone is listed as compatible with their carkit on the Ford site.
Both SE and Ford are unable to help me (blaiming each other and offering no solution).

Anybody else has this problem/has a solution?
