Problem getting my computer to reconize my Z310a, can anyone help?

I have followed all the steps that the connection wizard has showed me and I can't get my PC to connect to my phone. I don't know if I am missing something or not. I am using the USB cable that came with the phone and the software that came with the phone. Any in site would be helpful please. Thank You
