Hi guys i trying to format my fon due to corrtpted memory with games and applications.
After tryn to update it said i have the latest software?could some 1 help me out

master reset? format is for empty storage (deletes all), don't think u wanna wipe all the phone!
instead try google 'reflash K800i'

updates only work if there's a new one available
