1G m2 memory read and size problem

hi all,
iam facing problem with my sony M2 memory for my sony ericsson K800i ,
the problem is that after some time of good working with my m2 memory suddenly my phone can't read the external memory and all the data has been lost ,i traied to format it from my phone but after formating process no change happend.
i also tried to format it from my lap top via the phone and the card reader but there is a message appeared that i can't format the memory, i also tried to fromat it from "cmd prompt" but i cant format it by FAT nor NTFS .
i want to mention also that my 1G M2 memory recognized to the lap top as 1.9 T "2000 G" .
i tried to use low level format software (LLFsetup) but it seems to be that no response "may be softwaer hanging"
so, please give me your help
