europe_1 europe_3 ? and : checking if loader is unlocked...

Ok i'm trying to flash my phone to w800 europe_3 i have checked everything is fine but i have a main that's europe_1 and a fs that's europe_3 will this work ?

also i flashed the file system but when i try to customize it afterwards it hangs at : checking if loader is unlocked...

So what should i do
Edit : cant post anymore but it's fixed xs++ 3.1 and install everything in a row.

restart the pc, try another program version, etc
