At least they broadcast it despite the writers guild strike............season 7 of 24 was not shown for some reason even tho they got 8 episodes made. Hopefully they will complete and show them all this year.

Hate to disappoint ya, but 24 series 7 isn't on til Jan 09. But we do have a 2 hour prequel in November to look forward to. Woohooo.

24 isn't back until January of next year, but there filming a 2 hour prequel to fill in the 2 year gap between season 6 & 7 which will be shown in November.
I tried to get into Lost but couldn't see the appeal, it didn't grab me, but Mum is hooked on it.

Had heard the rumours about 24 showing in `09. Looking forward to the prequel tho, if it comes out.

I think Ben has always wanted Locke to die so that Ben himself can still be in charge of the whole thing! He said the person who tries to move the island would sacrifice their lives, later on in the flash forward Ben was seen approaching Jack asking all of them to return to the island. At the same time Jack was in the coffin house overlooking Lock's dead body.

After watching it last night, my theory on how the whole series will end... All the survivors of Oceanic 815 have to go back to the Island...simple, they cannot leave permanently.
I think it will end with another plane crash and the new survivors will think Jack and the rest are "the others" bit of a vicious circle if you will.
Anyone else have any theories how it may end?
