Annoying vote/comment problem

Hi to all! I'm having a problem voting and posting comments on other peoples photos they upload, all it comes up with when i press send/vote is 'page cannot be desplayed'. Could anyone be able to help fix this problem, or tell me whats going on? I dont know if this is a problem just my pc is having, or anybody else is experiencing this issue?
