I found that in the Shortcut menu but i cannot find it anywhere else

The SMS counter is really a great idea!!!
means i can finally keep track of the number of txts i send a month as well as the amount of time i spend on the phone.

the SMS counter is very useful especially here in the Philippines where we get free-sms allocations. The counter is a good way of ensuring that we do get the right amount of free SMS!!!

this sms-counter.. Is it counting every sms u send? cus.. I think mine (t39) is only counting new sms i write not sms i'm reply to.. Or my service provider f*** me up.. it don't match my bills..

You can count anything! There is a GPRS data counter, there is an SMS counter, and in the secret menus, the T68 has a joystick counter and the T39 has a hatch counter. I believe that these counters are not of interest for most people...

You know, I am always above 2000-2200 SMSs per month... so guess... no, don't, you cannot guess how much would it cost... BUT IT DOESN'T!!! I have my billz payed by my company!! Thanx Company!!!

anyway just in case u dont have time to look it up jsut got the menu screen then go to calls..then press call cost then ur going to c it there the sms counter...click and it will show you how many txt msgs uve sent already!!!! there ya go!!!!!

over here in India, it costs a buck (1 rupee) to send an sms.... and i have a 500 rupee prepaid card.... so this really helps... the sms counter i.e.
becoz i send a lot of sms, i try to regulate it to about 5-6 a day max

sms is really helpful specially if your under a plan... you reset it once your on the cut-off date... In this way you can track of your outgoing msgs

I normally send around 2000, but that is on my nokia. Barely send 1 a month on my T68, just find it awkward as i'm so used to nokia's!
