It mainly consists of all the updates to sp2 in one package plus a couple of minor tweaks. Thwere are no new features.

they say sp3 uses less ram usage rather than sp2. and less space etc thats about it.

Vista would never run on my laptop it's a vintage one

btw I put IE7 on it had a few probs to start with but it's all good now
I need a USB Drive as im running low on memory
still handy laptop with Infrared red don't get that anymore guys
real handy with mobiles btw!

I'm pretty sure I downloaded SP1 via Windows Update a while back.
I was hearing recently about a SP2 soon to come for Vista.

Vista SP2 coming soon? I seriously doubt it as SP1 was only released 2 months ago. Last I heard SP2 might be released about late 2009.
