Dude....never expect a quick reply from them coz they people are not concentrated on individuals.actually they are keen to keep their customer satisfaction high.so just go to the sonyericsson website and go to links such as contact us or contact webmaster.it is the usual procedure...
If you are interested you can share your problem regarding se here coz that is what this forum is meant for.you may find a solution...cheers..
