help me with thm flash menus. please

i hawe some themes with flash menus but all of them are in .rar format now and dont know how to put together .thm and .swf
and i think that if it posible to send thm via e-mail. I hawe sended one thm (ScribleBeats.thm) to my e-mail and downloaded to phone and its work.
So if someone can send me some ready thm with swf in it .

sory, now i know how its works and i dont want to f*** my phone becase its have warianty. and i hope next flash phones will be able to set swf without "flashing''
