Problem with the USB connection of my K310i

While connecting the USB cable to my K310i phone, nothing happens. Even no pop-ups are coming on the screen. Even I've tried through device manager to find the hardware. But failed.

After switching off the phone, I've tried to connect the cable. At that time phone restarts repeatedly. For switch it on, I've to remove the cable.

Please suggest.
