W380i on Orange - Flight Mode.

Hey,
How come the option to turn off the Flight Mode Start up thingy when you switch on the mobile is not in the menu, where it says it is in the manual (Settings>General>Flight Mode).

Is this the crappy Orange branded firmware for you?
