nokia N70 headset to k610i headphone adaptor

i have my wife's N70 (ad-41) headset. i want to convert the N70 AD41 headset so that i can plug my 3.5mm SEk610i headset into it.and i can also use the volume and probably all the functions of the N70 headset.

does anyone has a guide?
