HBH PV 708 and HBH PV 712

I am interested in buying a new handsfree and I like the look of these two models. What I am a little confused about is the difference between these 2 models. I see that the HBH-PV712 has noise cancellation, but I cannot see what else is different. Also can anyone confirm that the HBH-PV702 is Bluetooth 2.0 as some websites claim it is whist others dont.
