K800i camera crashing phone

Dear all,

When I enter the camera application on k800i, the whole phone locks up and I have to take the battery out to get it to work again. The rest of the phone works OK, and I have tried a Master Reset. Anyone have any ideas as to what I can do?

Current software is:

CXC1250210 / R8BA024 / 071010 from the Software Version screen in the Update menu.

have you changed the driver for the camera

No, everything is as it would be from the factory etc.

try to reflash it

Just to report back, I reflashed the firmware today and now all is working fine. Glad to have my phone back to 100%!
