"Update Not Available" + k850i

Is anybody able to help me flash the firmware on my k850i?

current Version is;

1200-4401 R1CA029 070922

Everytime I connect to SEUS I get an error "Update Not Available"

The phone was imported from Hong Kong so I assume its debranded?

it may have been that SE-US don't have a new firmware or you are using an updated one.

try checking out your current version to wottan server then look for an update firmware, and try searching this forum (if it has) the latest firmware.

I have checked the version I have and its listed above. Plenty of other people are able to update just wondering why I cant.
