have u done the search on google for example? there u have several results. such apps are mostly on sites, which arent welcome on esato

Yep, there is:
vBagX -Gameboy Advance
vBoy -Gameboy and Gameboy Colour
vNes -to play Nintendo Nes Roms
PicoDrive -to play MegaDrive Roms
And some others,just search for the above in Google.
