Backup your added-words in your fone

Is there anyone who wil know where in the fone (using Far Manager) is the file which i can backup all my words i have added to my W800i T9 dictionary, i already got about 1600, so when i get a new SE fone, i dont have to add them again, instead just paste that file again.
