T mobile sky tv problems

Just wondered if anyone else has been experiencing problems accessing this during April? I keep getting the message that payment is pending? What's even more bizarre is that it says to top up with credit, even though i'm on a contract! I tried contacting t mobile customer services, but they weren't aware of any issues.
