T68i + payg sim on Orange. MMS problems

Hi all,

I have just bought a Siemens S55 and given my old T68i to the Mrs, and popped in her Orange PAYG SIM in it.

I did a factory reset, and had Orange send the MMS & PAYG GPRS settings to it, and activate MMS with a SIM update.

It doesn't work.

The WAP works fine over GPRS, but MMS won't send ot recieve, it keeps giving a series of 3 error messages.

1st "GPRS Failed" followed by "GPRS Parameters not supported", then "Network or communications error". It does display an icon to show that an MMS is waiting to download, and it shows the half envelope in the MMS inbox. Just fails to get it.

Any ideas?

Orange don't seem to have a clue.

Also, on my S55, I have entered all settings manually, MMS sends, but doesn't give any notification that I have recieved one, and therefore I can't download any.

ARGH!!!

There is probably a network prob where u are-i have had that a few times-try again
