hi, got myself a Z77oi, wondering if there are any patches / drivers to improve the firmware / cam / sound?

No not yet as it is an A2 platform phone and this new platform has not been cracked yet. You'll have to wait until it is cracked before modding will be possible.

thnks bro..but any modd so far for z series? eg z610i or z750i..

You'll be able to find mods for any SE phone that uses the older platform. So not the Z750i, but the Z610i, yes.
