It's hard to say. But if I were you, I'd get it from a reliable brick and mortar store. It may be more expensive, but you get the real thing.

How's the sound? What about the packaging? If the packaging doesn't come with the orange pack, it's a fake.

yep is fake... i got the same one also white HPM-82... according to SE thy only made black HPM-82 also this headfone had slowly kill my w800...it was working like a charm, but after a few days it stop working when i try to listen music with it. my fone juz wont read the headset. when the headset feels like to let my fone to read it, music plays fine n everything works... but after u unplug the headset out... u cant play any music or make any calls on the fone...to solve this must restart the fone... and now when i go to the menu i cant see the cursor picture... it only show me a black background moving around when i move the joystick

problem with this kind of accesory is that even brick and mortar shops are already selling those fakes headphones.
Here in the Dominican Republic most of shops with good reputation are selling fakes from ebay?
