K800 camera button problem

I have a problem with the camera button of a K800. When i am using the autofocus mode and press the button halfway down, the camera manages to focus and the square in the middle gets green. afterwards when i want to take the picture and press the button all the way down, the camera focusses again and takes the picture as if i have pressed the joystick (the focus-square in the middle remains white). sometimes i manage to take the picture right after it is focussed, without the camera focussing again, but in most of the cases it does the thing, described above. what might be the problem?
