Just got off phone to O2 about an unrelated matter however the bloke I was talking to advised me of a new service O2 have just started where pay monthly users can now get a balance check direct to their mobiles!
Just send a blank text to 21202 and you'll get a text back showing how many minutes / texts / Mb etc you have remaining.
OK so it does say this information could be up to 48 hours old and new calls don't show up, so it's not in real time but hey, it's better than nothing. Which is what we've had until now.
