seems like the gdfs' got damaged while it stopped upgrading with seus.
try to reboot your pc and see if it solves the problem.

you know, sometimes the problem is with the pc itself and a restarting does the trick.

Grrr you shouldn't have done what you did.Don't do anything.If you can,go to sonyericsson.com and look for w800 firmware.Gah..that's the reason why I never updated or encouraged anyone to update their phone's firmware.There's just no garentee.You go to Your phone's sony website and look for sony ericsson phone firmware thing.I can't upload it..but may give the link..

GDFS can be found in 2 formats... GDF and BIN (for the w800)... Here I uploaded 2 gdfses for you... One is GDF and the other is in BIN format... It doesn't matter which one you use, you need to choose the one that your flashing program supports...

based on my findings, GDFS is unique to every phone. flashing a GDFS to other phone can make serious damage.

... In whatsucka"s case only the IMEI number will be changed and the total call time will be reset to zero 0...
The case is different onkly with DB2020 phones like K800... I have tried applying another gdfs in my K800 and my W800...
THe w800 worked fine, while the K800 was totaly dead after that...

I'm sure for CID36 cuz I have tested it... The W800 works even with K750 gdfs
. But I don't know for sure about the CID49... So if you don't have service cabble don't make experiments, you can kill your phone

The RJ45box is ordinal telephone box/cable... You need this if you want to make the service cable 2 in 1... To work with newer (fastport connector sony ericsson phones) and with older (DB2000 phones) too...

You can also connect the K750 connector to the RJ47 cable and connect the cable to the TxD, RxD and etc... directly without using the box... But that way you will get only "fastport

Writing GDFS with SeTool takes less than a minute...
P.S. THe service cable cannot be made without the K700 cable part, because that electronics are "the service cable"...
Btw If custom cable making is too complicated and you don't have needed parts, you can buy yourself a cruiser cable (+it will be useful to you for your further SE phones)
