O2. N95 Refurbished - Esato archive

I called O2 recently to upgrade my phone to the refurbished N95, they advertised this as 'Free on all tariffs'. However, when I asked for this phone they told me that they don't offer it as an upgrade. I think this is unfair because they always say that they treat old customers the same as new ones. Also, I would pay the same as them so I don't see what the problem is...

Try talking to someone else there. Dont forget though that the refurb units only come as phone and charger. They dont have original box or any other accessories.
