Nokia 6300 memory card problem

My 6300 seems to have just one problem. It has latest firmware 5.50 but i have a memory card problem. When i bought my 1 giga byte card i formatted it before use the contacts are clean but for some reason it keeps saying memory card full though it shows i have 171 mega bytes left. Does anyone know what this could be. Thanks.

No only in a card reader.

maybe its a faulty one? u should give it a try in another fone...

Ok cheers anyway will keep an eye on it. I mean i never reach the limit on my memory card anyway but with that much memory left somethings wrong.
