Mobile-review i think is the best, although their reviews are sometimes too long and monotonous. GSM-Arena is also very good for someone looking for a small review.
The worst i think is mobile-burn. I think that website should be shut down. Its got a horrible interface and even worse reviews.

isnt it good to have detailed reviews @qvga?
just skip the parts you dont want to read

Yeah I like GSMArena too. They sometimes piss me off by being a bit thick, but usually they are fine. (Example: they thought being able to put a note onto the standby screen was a new feature for the W760i!)
Mobile Review is good too, I especially liked the iPhone vs. iPod Touch article. It was well written. Though sometimes their translations are terrible and that probably annoys me more than GSMArena's stupidity.
But yeah, those two seem to be the best of the best.

I tend to use Mobile-review and GSMarena, found both to be generally good, where are these guys based, somewhere in eastern Europe?
I've also found O2 and Amazon user reviews/comments good.

GSM arena can sometimes be a little "childish" IMO. Dont know, but sometimes i can sense that in their reviews.

Yeah GSMArena seem a bit childish, but they get things done. I hate when they put something really dumb in the pros and cons of a phone. Thats annoys me.
One other site I quite like for reviews on all things tech, is Cnet. Not the American one so much, but Cnet Asia seems good. Theres probably a European one too.

Yeah tried cnet.co.uk, like the short review videos they do.

Yeah their videos are good. Usually they don't give an opinion in them, but more of a preview.
Their proper reviews are excellent though.

GSM ARENA i think are good cant think of any others for bad as i dont read any others. Review Centre is average. Only thing i hate about GSM Arena is when they mention about how good the call quality is of a phone. What they always say is exactly the same words everytime. They always say CALL QUALITY WAS GOOD AS YOU WOULD EXPECT. Very indepth.

phonearena carries good mobile reviews too, besides gsmarena and M-R. what i don't like in gsmarena (i guess part of their being childish) is to claim that what they have is a REVIEW when in fact the unit they used in that "review" is a proto/beta unit. so they call it a review?
in phonearena, they specifically point out whether their article is a PREview or a review.
also worth mentioning for good reviews are: softpedia, smape and mobique

Mobile Review,is the best in my opinion.

I found a site that has decent info on the "5 MP picture quality war" back then... the site is phonearena.com... well, yes, they're not as "developed" as gsmarena or mobile-review or even mobileburn....

I always use to like gsmarena since long ago, up to now gsmarena came to be one of the most reliable review sites for me. but i have some gripes as well. like their innocence on the KG920 vs K800 vs N73 camera shootout. they didn't even know LG KG920 has a Sony CCD sensor on it while it is very evident that the fine details as well as the relative low noise level is a very obvious clue indicating the phone having utilized the power of CCD.
Mobile-review is really good, but somewhat they lack some eyecandies like what GSMArena does(atm) but i admire Eldar's great review details, it helps me and informs me alot especially when i was new to mobile technology
PhoneArena is my prefered choice when it comes to camera test comparisons, they provide more details on the imaging aspect although some guys up there seems to be a bit biased when concluding verdicts

mobile review isnt serious imo, they test mainly prtos, this is very misleading. and those endless guessing about prices is also pointless. i accept. that mobile review is a well known site, but i cant respect it

Ok i can say gsmarena and mobile-review are quite informative but any one checked out BengalBoy.com and also howardforum.com mostly for people across the atlantic, and also shinyshiny tv on youtube one of my fav

GSMArena test mainly protos too. Its because they want to be first with a review, and to have the review before the phone is readily available so that everyone knows what its like and whether its worth it.
With phones like the W760i which are due soon, this is fine. But when they review something like the C902 or G700 or something, which are a couple of months away yet, it pisses me off. If these phones are so far away, it is for a reason, and that is that they are not yet ready for the market and they are still in development! So why review them?! They're not how they're supposed to be yet! Thats really annoying.

I love GSMArena review, BUT the part of the screens review. They always praise Nokia phones' display. In fact, they are not as good as the reviews say.

I find gsmarena, mobile-review and phonearena to be good places for reviews..as everybody seems to agree gsmarena - childish sometimes, mobile-review - montonous holds true for me too

I really like GSM Arena and Mobile Review, especially Mobile Review as it does detailed reviews on phones.

mobile-review, gsmarena and phonearena are the best for me. honorable mention goes to mobique (though at the moment they are upgrading their sitE)
but amongst all, phonearena is the best for they review COMMERCIALLY available units and not proto/acceptance units used in gsmarena and mobile-review. (but i must say eldar's reviews are very informative)
