K608i internet issues.pls help

I bought SonyEricsson K608i form the 3 network of the UK as 12 months contact deal. After finishing the contact I asked 3 network to unlock the phone set so that I could use that freely anywhere in the world. Now I'm a subscriber of another mobile operator in another country but cant use internet in my mobile set. I contacted with customer service of my opeartor and they told me that the browser is locked still with 3 network. What should I do now? Pls let me know.
