the only "online" solution would be, if i site would offer the unlock code. it can be unlocked with some boxes, like bb5, jaf etc visit a mobile shop and let it be done there

Thanks if nothing reasonable is available online will do that. Was hoping to avoid that.

as written above, no other way. it has to be done manually, at the testpoint.
