Soft keys (Can they be CHANGED)

Can the left & right soft keys be changed from calls & menu to something else from the phone?

Changed through the phone itself like u can the Nav. left right up & down?

no this is not possible unless you want to mod your phone
(FAR manager, xs and like that)
