Ok so some of you know i bought a g600 on eBay last friday and it was agreed the seller would post via special delivery on the saturday morning and i still havent received it a week later.....and i havent had any contact with the seller despite sending him about 10 messages through ebay.

My thoughts are to open a PayPal dispute tomorrow and escalate it to a charge back if he doesn't respond, then open an eBay dispute on monday as thats the earliest eBay will allow it

I have just warned the seller I will be doing this.

I just want some help and advice form people please

I've made a few Paypal disputes for non-receipt, and have won them all so far. Good luck with it, I'd get the non-receipt started ASAP if you haven't already done so, I think you then have to wait 10 days before you can escalate it to a dispute. There's no guarantee you'll get your money back, but there should be a good chance.

what's non receipt?

non receipt = item not arrived/delivered

As Sammy Boy has mentioned. Get a dispute opened with Paypal as you have to wait 10 days with Ebay before one can be opened on there.

With Paypal. You can escalate the dispute into a claim after 20 days if theres been no resoultion between you and the buyer.
