SOS Calls Only - Esato archive

I have just found a K700i lying in my draw, but when i insert a sim card it says SOS Calls only.

What does this mean, i have removed the sim card and re-inserted it again.

Probably me being stupid, but can anyone help or do i have to ring the operator?

It happens when i put my registered sim card in also!

try a full master reset and see if that helps.

you WILL LOOSE all files (pictures/music/videos/contacts/massages etc)

Done that already, ill just sell it as spares.

Try updating the firmware, could be a fw bug.
