My son snaped the switch lever. Was just trying o find how phone looks from inside. Anyway I found it is most likely one of models given here.

I don't have phone in front of me. Can anyone help me compare dimensions and tell if size is right? Where to buy one off??

I can solder it as I am mmic designer.
