Canon Ixus V3. Excellent camera.

Canon Powershot G3 or G4. Not much difference between the two, but the manual settings is good if you're into photography.

I have to agree ! Sony u-20 is very good if size, speed, and practical-in-use is important! The fact that i use AAA batteries is often more important than you think! When you fexample are om å long hollyday and your batteries are emty... Just buy some new!

I have an Olympus Camedia C-1zoom
It's a great camera and I'm very pleased with it except for one thing.
It's a bit slow when u take pictures

Does Canon V3 take pictures fast?

Canon PowerShot series are great. S30/40 for compact. Or for superb photos a G2/G3 where you will never need a retouch as quality is so perfect (I have a G2 and am very impressed...)

BTW, PowerShot S & G support the IBM microdrive. 1gb storage...

Does Canon take photos fast?

Posted by Dagger
Define "fast". The Canon G series has the ability to capture images the way it's SLR predecessors can.

Canon A200

Posted by Jison
Fast= Don't take an eternity from the point u press button til picture is taken

it's gotta be the olympus c50 for me....5mb and a whole long list of features...gives the best bang for the buck compared to the other offerings and not to mention its small footprint...
