are you guys trying to do it on the phone itself or are you converting the phone's result to a better video? I found that the videos I took with my K850 is not any better compared to the ones from K750, probably different format and the size (K850's) is a bit bigger, but that's about it.....

i use MPEG4 DIRECT MAKER.
WAAAAY better than the M3 but a bit difficult to use.

settings:
video size: 320x240
video bitrate: 512kbps (perfect trade-off between quality and size)
framerate: 25fps

audio:
codec: AAC
bitrate: 96-128kbps

Sony Ericsson Media Studio is great for conversion too. Quality is reasonably great but is a trade-off with the conveniently fast conversion and smaller files. Recommended for newbies and those who couldn't care less about the nitty gritty of encoding. Just two clicks away to conversion but the advanced option gives you the opportunity to set the movie dimension (4:3/16:9(widescreen)/cinemascope) and choose if you want better audio or video (unfortunately you can't have the best of both worlds). A full movie usually amounts to just around 180mb for a 320x240 resolution

Question, why is everybody lowering the video frame rate below 30fps when converting vids for the k850i ??

Anyone else using Super?

I'm trying:

Output Container: mp4
Output Video Codec: H.264/AVC
Output Audio Codec: AAC

Viceo Scale: 320*240, Aspect Ratio: 4:3, Frames/Sec: 30fps.
Bitrate: 384Kbps with Top Quality selected.
Audio: 32000 Sampling in Stereo (2channels), 96 Kbps.

Well Video & Audio came out VERY smooth; yet the black in the video (Spawn The ANimated Series from HBO) is blotchy & uneven. Going to try different settings.
