synchronize nokia 6230 with outlook 2002

I am trying to synchronize nokia 6230 with outlook 2002 through the latest version of PCSuit and keep getting an error: "Your offline folder file could not be configured". I have an "outlook.ost" file stored at drive C at the same path the error message is pointing to.
Any Ideas?
