Cuz we're less than a month away from CeBit, i'd like to know which of you guys go to CeBit? I am gonna be there from 5th until the 9th of March! Looking forward to all the goodies there, esp X1 and SE generally!

I went last year and was undecided about this year
then the X1 and others came along really wanted to go, but unfortunately I'll be in Oz during Cebit time so won't be able to go ufortunately.
(I will be at the Melbourne Grand prix though

@Masseur: too bad you can't come - I'm sure it's gonna be a great show ( I've been there in 2001) and that it'll worth my trip. Oh, well, I think you gotta settle for that Grand Prix:P

What disturbes me is the price for Wifi connections on the fairground. 10€ for 60 minutes!

Well, it's good to know. 10 Euro, that's a lot but hassle-free, right? Maybe that's the whole point. What's the cheapest way to get internet? I plan to cover the expo for the time i'll be there - maybe a data-card from Vodafone or maybe an internet-cafe into town?

If you want to cover this, you can choose a voucher with more time. The 10 hours one costs 60€.

There are a lot of restaurants and clubs/discos
"Hot spots" are the Raschplatz area next to the central station & the Expo Plaza right at the fairground.
There's also pulsing night life at the Steintor quarter. Some adult entertainment there, too.
I confess that I'm not that much of a party animal
I guess there will be some CeBIT specials, too.

I don't know anyone with such a card, sorry. But it's T-Com. There's a HUGE T-Com/T-Mobile/T-Online booth. There have to be some kind of troubleshooting if you have any problems.

The front of the phone looks nice, but the rear is a bit ugly
. Did the phone feel quick when you used it? Also was there a sort of cube UI like on the Touch? And last question, is that actual carbon fibre I see on the phone? or just plastic made to look like carbon fibre?If it is carbon fibre then I guess I'm undecided on the X1 or the Asus being my next phone lol.

Unfortunately, the X1 is at the stand but turned off. they pretend they have to work on the software because it is crashing every 5 minutes.

@peterkay: there were the pics, think about how much it took me to write it, match it with pics that I had to scale down first, put it to page (load everyone of them), post it....and in the day time the net crawls....really slow. I had to do it last nite after closing when I was using it just for myself:)))

@domipost:yes, yesterday was hell. Lucky, I've already finished my tours at CeBit before Saturday. I took pictures of all the Asus phones; the Lamborghini wasn't working anymore but the P750 it did. I'll post them later in the afternoon today.
