Help with e-mail through GPRS

Could anyone tell me what the settings would be to get my freeserve e-mails through my T300 handset using gprs? or of a free isp e-mail i could register to do the same thing. Thanks, i've tried the e-mail configurator on sonyericsson site but no luck.
